Marital Coaching

Service Description

Your couples coaching sessions will be based upon the needs identified during your first session. During these sessions you will be guided through a plan that includes developing life skills such as: effective communication, clear boundaries, establishing clear objectives, and consistent execution in partnership. We will focus on working in tandem with your spouse and being productive while sustaining a healthy, thriving relationship. Lady O works with you in a safe, caring, and confidential environment. In this process, clients work one-on-one with Lady O who is a trained and degreed counselor with a Masters in guidance and counseling and a Doctorate Urban Education.
