Individual Coaching

Service Description

Your one-on-one coaching sessions will be based upon the needs identified during your first session. During these sessions, you will be guided through a plan that includes developing life skills, establishing clear objectives, and learning how to execute consistency with Lady O. Lady O works with you in a safe, caring, and confidential environment. In this process, clients work one-on-one with Lady O who is a trained and degreed counselor with a Masters in guidance and counseling and a Doctorate Urban Education.
